I find it really interesting the way people sort of equivocate when they refer to country music the way Jezebel does in the announcement, either "ugh, country... but, uh, there's nothing wrong with it" or "it's a great song, even if it is country".  They do it with hip-hop, too, probably for similar reasons.

Not that Geena's overthinking it here...
