Title: Mini-caps

So here's my idea: a contest with either a 30-word limit or a 2-sentence limit. If we go with the word limit option, multi-panel caps would be okay, but it would be 30 words total (spread out however you like).

Something like that, yeah. I know that for myself, trying to tell a story in that short a space would be a challenge (the fun kind).
