So Ashleigh just gave me an awesome cap (http://www.rachelshaven.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=40&topic=46105.0), and in it she mentioned that she wanted to use a title that Nadine had used in another awesome cap (http://www.rachelshaven.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=40&topic=46064.0) I received. Anyway, it gave me a contest idea.

What if, instead of providing a picture to be capped, a title was provided? Same rules as all the other contests, just whatever you submit needs to have the same title, and the content needs to fit. The title could be something short and vague, or something more specific, either way would be fun. Here are some sample titles to show what I mean:


I think it would be kinda fun, but I'm biased. :p What do you think?

I do like this idea a lot.  In fact, I would say it has to be worked into the caption text itself, perhaps as a quote.

I'd agree with this. [approve]

And I'm glad you all seem to like the idea. Like I said, I'm a little biased here, but I think it's something we could have a lot of fun with. And if it went over well, it's a theme we could easily reuse, just with a different title/quote.

I was considering to pick this theme this month but I thought it'd be better to let you all post more of these cap titles. At some point we then can make a poll and use the top 5 of those titles.
Just giving the title leaves alot open to people's creativity, they can use any other theme they want and just should match the title.

So, post your suggestions. :) Maybe it's something for next month

How about...

"It's just been rejected."
"Does this only have one use?"
"Doing that really puts me off."
"This isn't what it looks like."

Any particular method?  Or are their specific preferences for the type of cap for this contest? I'm actually interested might enter where do I submit it here?

It can be your preferences or anything, you just have to use one of the titles as inspiration.
