I'm not sure what could really be done for that though. We could always go with a broader theme of censorship. It's an interesting idea too.

You could change it up to keep the stop piracy theme but skip the copyright and online part?  Maybe something about stop body piracy, having the team be say women and men who have had their bodies stolen?  Or just their gender stolen, for people that were transformed unwillingly?

Or there could be a certain unannounced clause in the bill that states that if you do violate the law as defined by the bill, your reality will change as a result?
