Greetings, friends!
The latest contest with the pre-selected images was an interesting change.
However, I suggest taking it one step further.
Here's my idea, divided into stages:
1. Pre-context (which can overlap with another running contest): participants will be allowed to submit one or more picture(s).
2. Announcement: the pictures will be posted "anonymously", with the submitter names removed.
3. Submission: participants will be allowed to choose one or more picture(s) to caption excluding the ones they submitted.
4. Voting: participants will not be allowed to vote for their own entries, nor for the entries that used their submitted pictures.
5. Winners: the people whose submitted pictures got the most votes (totalled over all the entries that used the picture) will be recognized along with the contest winners.
What do you think?
Please comment and/or vote above.
Peace,
Lurker.

That does sound interesting...

Are there rules about what kind of images? can they be drawn?
