Title: Suggestion: Academy award nominations

Greetings, friends!

I understand that the contents are predominately for new captions, and for a good reason, but I would like to make a case for a contest featuring existing works, something like the Academy award (Oscar) nominations.

The process will involve three simple steps:
1) The submitters will "nominate" one or more captions from their trading folder and/or from the showcase folder^(a).
2) The voters will vote for one or more of these captions, except for the ones they nominated or the ones they authored^(b).
3) Votes will be tallied and winners announced.

^(a) Possibly in separate categories.
^(b) Cheaters will be transformed into tarantulas.
