Rachel's Haven - Home
ShySteffie (Steffie's Haven from 07/24/11 to 07/31/11) has done much that people never learn about and occasionally something everyone gets to see (like the eZine or all these banners!). I'm not going to delve into the others since she'll likely blush to death, but anyone who knows her is well aware of her golden heart, which seems to be protected by a diamond casing just to make sure no one can smash it. And best of all, she shares it openly to those she finds needing a shoulder to cry on and hopefully a joke to brighten a bad day.
As many of you are well aware, TF Media is shutting down. This has left some individuals scrambling for other possible venues to post their work to a receptive audience. I want to say this for all right now.
Every creator looking for a new venue to post the work they placed on TF Media is welcome here. Each will be granted immediate Gallery privileges after sending me a link to their TF Media profile. This offer applies to captioners and story writers alike.
It's not easy for a lot of people to share the kinds of things we as a community enjoy, and when another popular forum for creative content and discussion shuts down I believe it's important to make sure those that have stepped up there know they are welcome in other places, that even if the place they enjoyed contributing to has gone there are still others who enjoy what they do, who are willing to welcome them to a new home with open arms and acknowledge what they have done before.

Playin' Petra (Petra's Haven from 02/19/11 to 02/26/11) has been among the individuals leading the effort to help keep me going this past year. Anytime she learned someone had sent something to cheer me up or help pay the bills it became a habit for her to post something to say her own little thank you. Her efforts were among the small group of people that helped inspire me to keep going through the worst days. She is truly a beautiful soul.
Alexia (Alexia's Haven from 02/12/11 to 02/19/11) is an amazing girl with a wonderful sense of humor and often random nature that's kept a smile on my face each time I read a not she's sent me. Her goals have obviously been to keep me smiling and thinking positively through one of the scariest times in my life.
