So the winner will be able to tune into the next station, right?

Now voting goes on unil Feb 19 IIRC.

Does that mean that there will be no contest in February and skip right to March?

Time to listen to the music as it plays from the speakers, sometimes with crackles and pops, I am not talking about the cereal either.  Let's get to announcing...  For first place we have Lisbeth's "Waltz of the Flowers".
