The Site Policy on Inappropriate Behavior.

There are four levels of action that will take place if a member of the site is found to be in violation of the rules set forth by the section labeled "The Laws of Rachel's Haven" found within the community accessible forum.

All violations will be listed on the Disciplinary Board so that a record will be kept intact.

One caveat exists.  There are certain transgressions that will not follow the levels as they are described below.  These transgressions will be met with an immediate ban from the site.  They are listed below:
- Posting of Child Pornography

__________________________

These are the four levels of actions that will take place when a member violates one of the site rules.

Level One

"Warning"
If you violate one of the rules, you will initially get a second chance to prove that you did not intend to do so.  This warning will be spelled out clearly by the following statement from one of the administrators.

"This is a warning.  You have violated the following rule of Rachel's Haven, and in accordance with this site's policy, you have now been officially informed."

The next sentence will specify the violation.  This will give you an opportunity to correct your actions in the future. If the offense is considered severe, this step may be bypassed.

Level Two

"Two Weeks Suspension"

If you were previously given a warning, but have violated one of the rules again, regardless of it being the same violation or not, you will proceed to the second level of action which is a two weeks suspension.

Level Three

"One Month Suspension"

This action applies to those who were already given a two weeks suspension, but once again have violated one of the rules.  This is an action not to be taken lightly, as the next level brings a permanent ban from the site.

Level Four

"Permanent Ban from the Site"

As discussed above, those who violate the rules of Rachel's Haven four times have proved that they do not belong on the site any longer, and as such, will be banned from accessing the site permanently.
